What does it mean to be mentally healthy?
Mental health is a real issue. Almost everyone knows someone on medication dealing with mental health issues.
It has been proven that poor physical health leads to poor mental health and the other way around as well.
If you have tried exercise, healthy diet, good sleep, sunshine, community, family and relationships and you are still having mental health problems, therapy become an option. And if the therapist or psychologist sees fit they may send you to a psychiatrist to prescribe you a chemical to hopefully balance the chemical imbalance in your brain.
