What is meditation?

Meditation vs flow state
Meditation and flow state are both mental states that are characterized by a heightened level of focus and awareness. However, there are some key differences between the two.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation in the midst of action
